I read the reviews on amazon and it got 4 out of 5 stars. mostly complains of not able to play mp3's while using navagation and that it doesn't pronounce street names. Is the $500 price a good buy? I have the coupon but costco was all out and giving rainchecks instead. For that price, is there something better?

if you guys meant the Nuvi 360, amazon sells it for $900. thats considerably more than what I plan to spend. i don't think i'll pay more than 500.

thanks but that thread shows no conclusive recommendation on the best $500 unit. the 360 may be top rated and tiny, but is almost 2x the price.

the price for the garmin 320 is attractive, but the unit itself is not. looks like those tom tom units i see on tv. i'll look more inot it, thanks!
