Thinking of buying an Asus A7N8X-VM/400 microATX

I'm seriously considering putting together one of those tiny little microATX setups, and would love to use a mobo similar to my main rig. This cool Asus board seems to fit the bill, but I'm hearing a little buzz about some nasty memory and reboot issues. Have these been cleared up, or would I still be rolling the dice by using this board in my new 'little rig'?

Any advice would be HUGELY appreciated.

I built a system for my parents using that exact board with some corsair value select memory. No problems whatsoever.
