1) A reputable breeder would never sell a puppy without first meeting the potential owner and asking them questions about their living situation, home, etc.
2) You need to see the puppy for a bunch of reasons, a few of which are:
a) you need to see the puppy's personality--how it reacts to you, is it friendly, etc. etc.
b) you need to see if the puppy is healthy--you can't possibly know via an online pic.

Where do you live? I'm also looking for a PWC (I live in Los Angeles), and there are four breeders in the area (within a 2 hr drive) that I'm currently communicating with. Many breeders won't breed a new litter until they have at least four or five interested parties lined up. Right now two of my breeders have new litters, and the pups will be six weeks old in a month or so (at which point I can actually go look at them).
A good place to start is here. You can either find breeders through their or one of the approved affiliate regional clubs.

do we have to fly to the destination to pick them up (from petfinder.com) ? Or is there another way they handle them ?

Check your local rescue societies first.
I used it to find a kitten. Shelters are the best, you get plenty of time to interact with the animal before deciding and you support a good institution. It might be hard to find a particular breed of corgi from a shelter, but its worth a try. Good luck😀Originally posted by: Mwilding

You use it to search for a local shelter that has the type of pet you are looking for...
agreed. you may think you need a corgi, but once you're at the pound, you'll fall in love with a least one doggy. I had a great mutt from the pound and my shelter cat is awesome.Originally posted by: Cuda1447
go to the pound and save a dogs life instead. Thats where Ive gotten all of my pets (either that or they are strays) Dogs are dogs. I don't need an uber breed dog to love it. Even of the dog has 3 legs and is cross eyed, its still going to be loyal because dogs rock!
