Thinking of buying a ASUS CUSL2 Should I upgrade my memory?

I am thinking of buying this motherboard but was wondering do I really need to upgrade to the PC 133 memory? My system I have now has 256K of PC 100. I was thinking of just using my old memory until I can get some PC 133. Will using my old memory bottleneck my system?

What brand and rating is the memory (cas2 or 3)? Also which processor are you going to use and will you overclock it? It may or may not depending on these things..
