Question Thinking of building a new full size tower with AMD 5700X!

I don't see a 5700x on the first link if I ask for availability., I see a 7700x for $399 though. I see the second link.

I am confused , as nothing shows why you would build this ????

Five reasons:

1. 65 watts,
2. PCIe 4.0, 16x Gen 4 slot
3. Lower price on related build items like motherboards, RAM.
4. Native USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) Ports, USB-C support
5. Do not need the extreme power since I do no gaming.

Wait till Prime to see if anything is discounted like a X570 motherboard, RAM 3200, PCIe 4.0 1 TB NuMe, 1K PSU 3.0 just for the future? May settle on 750 watt, non 3.0, however.

As someone who has been subscribed to prime since before it was public, and has been through more “prime days” than I can count, I can tell you that…oh wait, you are username is @Harry_Wild , please by all means continue getting ripped off by…err I mean finding a gem of a bargain on Amazon! 😉🤣

Room for future expansion since the future going get “hotter inside the box! Maybe I just go to a mid size. It is only about 3” less in dimensions to a middle size box with the same width. I have a hard time find the In Win 909, in silver or black. Out of stock and no longer carry in North America.
