My daughter's 27 now, but even so, I think paper books and study is better than software, so no. If there was a game that used math as a core mechanic, with zero goal of "teaching" math, I'd consider it, but it would have to be fun, and making that fun would be tricky for a general population game.

I can't find a book about NDK that was made recently.
NDK is not some simple thing.

Read on the official page:

You will simply end up wasting money. NDK is for advanced developers who are designing serious apps or very high quality games that need certain parts to work at maximum speed for fluidity or quick responses.

You don't even have a working C++ program to your name that you wrote with nothing but knowledge gained.

And you are now wanting to meddle with NDK?

That's like a person who hasn't even learned biology, wanting to get into a thick tome on human anatomy.

If you don't understand that analogy, by all means get the NDK book. Someone gets to make money at least.

We had a lot of fun playing Math Blaster when I was a kid :)
I saw the younger kids playing Number Munchers when I was in high school.

Try to finish that course. It's free.

If you manage to succeed, at least you will know SOMETHING.

And for the love of all that is holy and sacred, don't complain that it's not C++.

The point is to make you familiar with what real developers have to do day in and day out so you can decide if this is something you seriously want to pursue. That instructor has one more free course but all others are paid. But they are only $15 so great value. You may even land a job if you master all of them. Then you can be boring Java developer during the day and happy C++ game developer in your free time.

COD Mobile is built on Unity Engine and C#.

I'm not a big fan of COD mobile, below is a thread I made about the first 3 FPS and RTS that has air land sea vehicles and set in modern times.

Every one of these games was made in c++.

Start with something simple, make a desktop battleship game or something. Drop mobile for now it's just an extra layer of complexity to have to learn when you should be focusing on the coding itself.

Well, that's two programming books in the last week. You going to upload a video to YouTube of you reading one?

Better yet, writing a simple program, and giving us the gitlab link. You *are* gonna license it under the gpl, right? Not only will you get practice writing software, you might get some help you can learn from.
