I am thinking aobut going to water cooling. This is the case that I have Here, It has been modified. I have a DEER 300 watt power supply, 5 case fans, soon to be 8. Global Win FOP38 heatsink with delta black label fan. I have an AMD thunderbird 1200MHz at 1302MHz. It is just a little toasty at that and I would like to take it farther. I need some help with water cooling. I would like a guide to how to do it, please show me a through one, and a recomendation of the best parts, IE: waterblock, raditaor for my case, etc, etc. Please help me out.

THanks,

Josh.

If you need anymore just ask.

Best guides can be found at overclockers.com

Best waterblocks are either dangerden.com ones or swiftec ones.

This is a hardforum topic as more ppl there h2o cool.

Hey hows it goin? OK, probably the best water block, is the swiftech mcw462a, I run it here, except on a p4, they have a complete kit, at www.swiftnets.com You can also just search around for other kits, or buy a block, and BYO.🙂

No. The dangerden maze 2 is better than the swiftech mwc462a waterblock, according to the people at procooling.com I would check them out and see what they have to say, because they seem to know their stuff.

Btw, you should consider making it parallel and providing water colling for chipset and video card, perhaps even ram and hard drive (if you're up to it).

Just imagine the silence afterwards 😉

Good morning, For a picture or too, I wrote a small excerpt for Overclockers.com a years or so ago, just go to www.overclockers.com , and look under the heading "Water Cooling", on the right hand side of the home page, and scroll down to "Big Lat at 1007. That was my setup a long time ago, there are other and better articles as well there.
