For < $100 you'll get crap that will barely do 45wpm, 60 if you're a good speaker like a radio announcer.
You might try ViaVoice or Dragon Dictate but they're not particularly helpful.
yeah, i believe Daragon Naturally Speaking and IBM ViaVoice are currently the most popular. But in the end, i've tried both and found that the accuracy is just too low at this point to make either of them viable solutions in increasing writing speeds. stick with the keyboard for now....
