thinking about the Thermalright SP-97, but just bought a zalman 7000

what do you guys think? i have a mobile barton 2400+ and i want to overclock. I bought the zalman fan based on recommendations and now I hear good things about the Thermalright SP-97. Is it worth upgrading? or is the difference minor? thanks
