Yeah, I just can't build up the credit on the fservers fast enough, hahaha.....ha

No, it would just be nice to be able to have more than 1 other person playing BF1942 on my computer without having a ping of 7-800.

LOL!🙂 I just switched to Cable from DSL. I'm actually getting faster speeds with cable for the same rated speed. Consistant too! Reason I switched is because I'm now saving $20 /mo with cable vs DSL. Only problem I lost my webspace🙁.

Oh, I can't comment on this. And yes I did get excellent pings with two comps playing CS with. But I can't comment about cable now, because I haven't multiplayed through ICS for a long time.

Um, never mind:

Access Speed: 192k
IP Addresses: 1
Phone Line Included: YES
POP Email Accounts: 4
Constant, Always On Connection: YES
Several Billing Options: YES
Monthly Cost: $74.95*

Or:

Access Speed: 384k- 768k- 1.1M
Monthly Cost: $119.95*- $139.95*- $219.95*

F--- that man. Cable seems sweet compared to that.

wow..i just canned my sbc dsl and switched to cable..and man, i should have dumped sbc long time ago..
i get 2100 kbps download speed and 388 kbps upload speed.
with dsl i was getting 1144kbps dl and 88kbps upload..
also, i moved a few times when i had dsl and sbc would charge me 50 bucks for the relocation fee or whatever is called, and on top of the injury, i would be without dsl for like 15 days or so. I had to move again and that's the reason i decided to dump dsl. And i'm happy I did!

SBC is making DSL look very bad in the U.S. and it was already a grim picture. Too bad Yahoo has been caught up in SBC's web 🙁.

I switched from Verizon DSL to cable a year ago and love it! Since I was so far from the CO (which they neglected to tell me) I could only get a max speed of 320K down and 120K up. It sucked! Now that I'm on Earthlink cable through TimeWarner, I constantly get 2+Mbps down and around 300-400K up. AND it's $5 cheaper a month.
