ive been having tiredness/fatigue problems for about 1.5 years, historically ive always slept excessivly. on the weekends i can sleep 14 hours on average if there is no reason to get up. i run out of steam even before im awake, i can slog through the day but man am i tired, ive been excercising regularly and while its early to tell it just seems to be wearing me down even more. nothing like jogging on a treadmill and just wanting to fall down and go to sleep
i dont drink caffiene and just had a clean physical (bloodwork to check thyroid etc.)
maybe its just normal to feel run down.
