Thinking about Removing Floppy Drive

As you can read i am seriously thinking about removing my floppy drive. However i run off of a SATA HDD. Is there ANYWAY that i can remove this yet still be able to install the SATA drivers at the beginning of a Windows Install. I was thinking of slipstreaming the drivers into it but i dont know if that will work or not.
