Thinking About Opteron 165

Hey i was thinking about getting the 3800 x2, but now that the new opterons have come out i think i might want to get a 165, especially becuase i can get one cheaper than an x2. my main question is, will the msi neo4 platnium mb be able to handle oc'ing it, or should i spend the money i save on the 165 to get a better board that can overclock it better, such as a dfi board. i havnt built the system yet, so i can change anything i need to. in case your wondering, this is the rest of the specs i plan on getting:
XFX 7800GT
Antec Performance TX1050-500W
OCZ 2GB Platnium
WD 250GB Hard Drive
MSI Neo4 Platnium (or another better board for the 165)
Zalman CNPS9500 LED

The Neo4 will run it just fine....... I've been testing a 170 all week with this board and it's Prime stable at 350 X 8 - 1.45....... By the way, screw DFI 🙂

What's your HTT multiplier at, and what settings do you use in the bios to get 1.45 volts? The board seems to undervolt a LOT for me (my 4400+ at stock voltage actually reads 1.28v).
