Thinking about new power supply

My current power supply is loud and hot. Its a 350 watt made by Codegen Group. It blows out really hot air, and I believe it is the reason my system temp is so high.

I am thinking about maybe this one from mwave. Its 450 watt and supposedly silent.

Is this going to be a good power supply?

Or would something like this one be better since its Thermaltake brand instead of mwave brand??

The mwave is an AGPB psu as found also on newegg.com . They are an unknown quantity. Why not buy a good Fortron/Sparkle and be done with it?
Then you will know you're getting a reliable unit. There are reviews on Thermaltake brand PSU and they are really no better than any other good brand as they are not made my TT - just rebadged and blinged up a bit.

don't skimp on power! everything relies on it. Antec, Enermax and a few others should only be used in quality mid to high end systems.

I have the Zalman 400w, and it is truly silent. Even when my system is under heavy load, I can't feel any air coming out the back fan.

air coming out the back shouldn't be a problem, noise would be...
