I made a similar move (Philadelphia to Portland) when I was your age (don't ask when that was) and look back at it being one of the smartest things I ever did. It's gets increasingly difficult if you let your "roots" grow.

Not having a degree in hand makes it harder. Finishing it before moving might be a good idea.

As far as moving stuff goes... don't! Sell off all the big stuff (and the car) and plan to buy what you need when you get out to Seattle.

Yeah, I'm actually starting to lean towards just selling all of my stuff I can't fit in my car, if I was to actually go through with it.
