Thinking about gettnig a Bowflex-which one?

I've read people's arguments about how a bench and free weights are cheaper and better, but I'm seriously considering a Bowflex because 1) it folds up and where I live I literally have no room for a bench that is always there and 2) I don't have anyone to spot me. So, assuming I would be going with a Bowflex, are there any that are really bad? The one I'm thinking of is the Power Pro link because it seems to have a good range of features and is also the smallest when collapsed. Does anyone have one of these? It won't sit and gather dust because I love to do stuff like this but have recently moved and no longer have a gym across the street like I did, plus I really hate going to a public one (where I used to go I went early enough that there wasn't anyone else there). Any thoughts?

No advice on the models but don't forget to check out Costco for a good price. They carry them for a fact.

Too bad there isn't a Costco anywhere near me. :(

Personally, if I was to get a Bowflex, I'd go all out on it and get one with all the exercises. They don't offer much in the room of expansion, so if you buy a low end one, you are stuck with it. A couple friends of mine each own the "Ultimate" model and have nothing but glowing reviews about. Both of these guys were die hard free weight lifters before, but due to space constraints and unavailability of a gym nearby they decided to go with a bowflex over free weights or joining a gym. I've done a few workouts on them and they will definitely get you in good toned shape if use it regularly.

Also, check out Ebay or any used sports equipment stores in your area. You could possibly get a good deal off on a lightly used one.

I almost bought one off eBay once, but I was concerned because of the lack of a warranty and also of any damage that may have been done to it that wasn't visible to the naked eye (that might cause injury). I looked at the Power Pro XLTU, that's $600 more than the base but seems to have a ton of features and is still the same size folded up. I might go for something like that.
