Circumcision is a safe and effective procedure. This unfortunate procedure was done by and inexperienced surgeon who cut too much skin, allowing for long-standing infection.
The article also states that complication rate is from 0-2% to 5%. Furthermore, in the United States, it is extreamly rare for anyone past infancy to get a circumcision, whereas; the patient here is 6 years old.
Besides, a cut penis is a cleaner penis. :beer:
