They're pretty expensive....

unless you plan on puttin it in a laptop or something i wouldn't either right now. They're just not very $$$ friendly and they haven't worked all the kinks out of them IMO.

If you really want an SSD go for the Intel X25-M instead, for the reasons listed in that article. That whole article is a great read, well worth your time especially if you're seriously planning to spend that kind of money on an SSD.

I'm thinking about putting it in my laptop. I don't really need too much space, so I'm going for the 32gb version for $300.

I actually want faster speeds, and lower noise for my laptop, which is why I'm considering the ssd.
