did juicing improve your health?
thanks
I don't recommend that juicer. They advertise the high RPM's like it's a bonus, but the high speed heats up the juice and kills some of the nutrients. Of course, it's still really healthy to have the juice, but a low RPM juicer is better. I bought a low RPM (only 60 RPM's vs. the 3600 the Lalanne juicer advertises) Omega 8003 juicer and I love it. It's excellent at both fruit and vegetables, and does wheat grass really well (a lot of juicers can't). It can do a bunch of other things as well, like make peanut butter, pasta, etc. It's an excellent juicer. It's about $200 but well worth it. All of the pulp that comes out of it is really dry, so it gets the most it can out of the fruits/vegetables.
And yes, of course juicing will improve your health.
Oh, and the reality of it is that you really do need to use a lot of fruits/vegetables to get a glass. This isn't specific to any juicer. The only way to tell how well it extracts the juice is to see how dry the pulp is. Things like oranges, melons, etc., give you a lot of juice for your money.
