Thinking about getting back to City of Heroes for a month or two

So City of Heroes had a free week for prior subscribers in honor of their 5th anniversary. I'd like to get back to that for a little bit.

Do they still have the program where you can get reinvited if you've been inactive for 90 days and each person gets a free 15 days? If so, anyone want to send me one?
