thinking about getting a UPS mailbox...

I'm thinking about getting a $20 ups mailbox for our small business since I live in a multi family dwelling.

I dont understand some thing though:

They said its not a PO box and that i get a box number and we can just put , Suite ### or whatever.

If i get this 1 box for my business, can i use it for my personal mail too, or would I only be able to use it for business purposes.

What are the pros/cons to having a mailbox at ups?

You can use it for whatever.

BTW a UPS box is a mailbox at a UPS store, sometimes you can access them without the store being open, some stores you ahve to go in during business hours only. The people at the UPS store will be able to sign for packages for you, both from UPS and Fedex/DHL and whatnot. Very convenient for a business, or someone who wants a stationary address if they move around a bit.
