I was thinking of people who buy used domains and wondering if it's really worth the hassle? Most of the time, you don't know what went on with the old owner and it could really set an ecommerce site backwards. For instance, someone could end up buying cyberwings.com. It sounds innocent enough, but if you were to post cyberwings in HD, there'd be a lynch mob forming AND general demon possession AND cheese being hurled. The buyer is usually unaware and, therefore, gets the equivalent of like -3/-3 modifier to his business without even uploading his first file.
