Thinking about buying memory should I wait?

I was looking on newegg and saw some of the newer ram starting to show up. This should make regular ram get cheaper right? Should I wait a couple weeks or do you think it won't be that big of a diff. I'll be buying 3200 kingston 512 chip

I don't think it will make regular go cheaper, RAM don't seams to follow the same market rules like video card or cpu. The price only drop when the technologie become obselete ( tech change like SDRAM to DDRAM ).

I just got mind at outpost.com today, kingston valueram 1 Gb kit, $160-$40 Mail-in Rebate. They have the HyperX ram too for about $30 more. You can also get the Geil Value 1Gb kit for $140 with no rebate. They also have the Premium 512Mb for $60. These are all PC3200.
