There is an amd and an intel version im not sure which one i want to build.
i do alot of gaming, web design, photoshop work, music playing, and some office work.

Go AMD, but change out that motherboard. It's a huge waste of money. I recommend the DFI Lanparty Ultra-D if you're doing heavy overclocking, or the MSI Neo4 Platinum if you want a lot of cool features.
 
AMD no doubt. i would probably cut down on some other stuff so i could get a better video card i recommend x800xl for pci-e or maybe 6800gt if ur willing to put out more money for really nothing x800xl is best option.

edit : and for ur monitor if ur gonna go lcd you have to go DVI.
