Thinking about a new computer after price cuts

CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E6320 (Or similiarily priced CPU after the price cut)
Mouse - Logitech MX518
Memory - Mushkin SP PC2-6400
Monitor - Acer AL2051W
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-965P-S3
Optical - Samsung SH-203B
PSU - Corsair HX520
Sound - Chaintech AV-710
Speaker - Edifier S2.1D

Probably just use my current Hard Drives, and I'll stay with a 7950 until November when the G92 supposedly will be introduced.

Will this work? Any suggestions or comments?
 
What parts are you buying and what do you currently have?
 
Get whatever DDR2-800 is the cheapest.
Get an aftermarket cooler, even if you're not overclocking, cooler and quieter running is always good.
