Thinking about a ATI 4870

I am ready to upgrade to a new graphics card, and nVidia has lost my support after the almighty GTX200 series. This is my first ATI card so I am not sure which company to go with. Anyone have any good experiences with any of them? (By companies I mean like HIS, Sapphire, etc.)

I am even thinking about waiting and getting a 4870 x2.

Here's a long discussion in this forum about brands: which brand?

Right now the cards are all identical and probably are being made in the same factories so I doubt it matters.
