Just an FYI, all the same vendor, ergo all the same dodgy dealings.
Ordered 3 items for a Motorola cell phone: Hands-free car kit, Desktop cradle, USB Data Kit. Chose and paid for UPS Ground as delivery option. Items were send via USPS.
Car kit and desktop cradle were brand new, USB data kit was obviously well used.
Sent e-mail, and left voice messages asking to be contacted regarding receiving a used item instead of the new item I paid for, no response whatsoever.
I have posted my comments to Resellerratings.com and I have contacted the BBB (who alas already have them on record with a Poor rating - the one time I didn't check before ordering ......
