Think this will work?

at pc3200 speed they should get along just fine (the board will run them both at the same specs, ie, the same cas, ras, etc, etc, etc... it will run them both at the spd settings of which ever is lowest)

the only possible way i could see where they might have a problem would be if they are running in dual channel mode (but still most likely will get along fine)
 
Why do you have those two sticks together? Buy a stick of the corsair or return it and buy a stick of the other, they dont belong together, waste of money either way.
 
One of my friends computer crapped out and he's letting me use some of his parts until he gets it fixed, and he has the crappy ram. Also they will not be running dual channel mode.
