Think this is worth writing a complaint letter to DQ?

Even though they're a franchise, the corporation has the right to pull their name from the franchise owner if they're portraying the company name in a bad light. All the franchsie owner is doing really is paying for the name and materials. DQ could refuse the owner to use it. Would anything truly be done by corp? Probably not. But worth a shot. Places like that deal with that kind of feedback on an hourly basis. But it never hurts to try.

I can't stand dealing with some of these young kids in places like that lately. No wonder our country is in such a sad state of affairs when allow people to get away with being so lazy and disrespectful.

Both. I really think you should follow though on this. Have both you and your fiancee sign it. Too bad you didn't have a camera phone on you, you could have snapped a quick pic of all those involved.

I think it all comes back to parents doing a piss-poor job raising their kids these days. They coddle them and don't teach them how to act in public. They have to be able to express themselves, you know.
