I sent her an email and it came back from a Julie Montez. If you search for her name, it comes up on the press releases from Orangeware (the company i believe manuf. these, or is somehow related).

As far as i can tell, she probably works for the company that produces these.... Maybe they got out of the market? I dunno...

Nevertheless, i think its worth a shot.... IMO.
