I just want to get this straight. If a woman doesn't want an abortion, she shouldn't be able to get an ultrasound to check the baby's development (Santorum), but if a woman does want an abortion, she must get an ultrasound first (VA).

Maybe the GOP should decide if ultrasounds encourage or discourage abortions first, and then get back to us with a solid plan.
