I have a feeling that my current monitor is not long for this world. When I turn it on it is often fuzzy / pixelated and I have to turn it on / off again to get it working (usually works fine then until I shutdown for a while). The monitor is only a little over a year old, but this has been happening for several months and seems to be getting progressively worse...

I'd like to start looking for new monitors. I think I'd like something in the 24 inch range (don't have the space to go much bigger and I think 24 is ideal). Want a native resolution of 1920 x 1080. I do a lot of gaming, stream videos, watch DVDs etc so I want something with decent quality, but preferrably not breaking the bank. Another thing that's very important to me is having a stand that is sturdy / not wobbly.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Here's a couple I was looking at, but they seem to be newer models so there aren't many reviews:

If it's out of warranty, pull the back cover off and check for bulging or leaking capacitors.
If you've got bad caps, the cost of repair could be just a few bucks.
