Just peed blood and felt some serious pain.
This may be it.
I HOPE ITS THE ONE! Getting fuckin tired of all the side effects for the past couple months.

OK, some more blood, and a chunk of meat. Lots of pain. No stone.
Am getting irritated.

I screamed like a wolverine caught in a bear trap. Blood shooting everywhere. Think I traumatized the kid in the next stall.
But FINALLY, got that little fucker out.

Will turn in to hospital but already know its Calcium Oxide.

Little tip, drink more orange juice and lemonade. Less grapefruit juice and cranberry.
Lose the soda, its bad shit all around.
You guys REALLY dont want these fuckers.

Holy hell, that thing is massive; I honestly don't know how it physically fit through a urethra.

You, sir, thoroughly deserve a kidney-free existence from here on out.

So, basically, an existence that will last around 3 or 4 days?

Seriously. Go see a doc about preventing these stones. Obviously you need more than just increased water intake. And don't tough it out. You don't want pyelonephritis.

Go Paleo

I cannot stress the importance of getting off wheat and sugars (other than moderate amounts of fruit and honey)

This is actually a terrible idea. If you have kidney pathology (and only if you have kidney pathology), excess protein consumption increases your risk of creating stones. Paleo is NOT the answer for everything. While I agree a highly processed diet isn't the answer either, Paleo is practically contraindicated in a case like this (depending on what the stones are made of).

Christ....

Will drinking a lot of milk cause these things? Say 2 litres a day?

There's a large genetic predisposition to getting these. Milk, specifically, doesn't increase the risk. Making sure you drink enough water is important, as well as having a good diet. If you have a family history, there are certain things to avoid like a lot of dark, leafy greens (due to their oxalate content), excess protein consumption, etc. If you don't, you shouldn't really worry about it.

Hey shorty, I have gotten then about 4 different times, passed several each time. Had to have lithotripsy once.

Have you started your lemon juice and water diet yet? I just started mine.

Also, after my first bout I switched to distilled water, not just water, but bought a home distiller, and distill water, gets out all sorts of minerals from the tap water.

After first bout, the distilled water really slowed down my stones. But drinking energy drinks, like red bulls, and monsters when I had to do some long driving trips and I got stones again a few months later.

So, hopefully you don't drink energy drinks at all.

Anyways, been doing the distilled water with lemon juice lately. I won't know for a few years yet if it has solved it completely, but it seems like one of the best bets.

Even bought an improved meyer lemon tree so I can get fresh lemons later.
