Well here I am , I used all the tools I was told to and my system seems stable after an hour on prime95 with all settings on, my results as follows:

I Bumped it up to 8%

CPU-Z

CPU Speed: 2376.3Mhz on both cores
FSB: 216.0Mhz
Memory: 169.7Mhz
CPU Voltage: 1.344

I think I got smethin' here, Let me Know

Looks like you're doing the right thing, generally though you'll want to run Prime for longer than that, 24 hours of Prime running and you can consider your system stable. You should be able to get a little more out of the CPU though, push it up a little more. And you have an X2 right, are you running 2 instances of Prime?
