I just bought a house last month mostly so I could bring my dogs down here to school with me but damn my shepard is going nuts 
. My shepard is 4 years old and has lived at my parents the entire time and isn't handling the move to well. I just brought them down here on Friday and sofar everytime I leave the house she goes on a rampage. Yesterday I had to go to the store and was gone maybe an hour and she ripped down the blinds in my bedroom looking for me. I figured that wasn't to bad but today I went over to my friends house for maybe an hour and half and she ripped down every curtain in the house including the rods and one window she even managed to rip the molding off the window . I had to have my dad come down here and stay with them while I am working tonight and my mom is coming down tomorrow to stay with them while I work but thats the last day they can help out. Think I will have to take her to the vet when I get off work in the morning and see if they can't give her something to keep her from freaking out untill she gets used to being here. The other dog is only 5 or 6 months old and is handling it ok other than destroying several empty cardboard boxes but I guess thats better than him destroying my couch .
BTW I work 40 hours a week nightshift and only take 1 or 2 classes a semester so I am not going to be leaving them alone a lot.
