Do you realize how many times blundering idiots like you pull this bullsh|t on legitimate bidders every year on ebay? 35p adds up fast, douche bag. I hope this is your 3rd offense!

Oh, and it's "dual cpu" not "duel cpu" unless you mean that your CPU's are battling it out to the death. Besides, Dual P3's really isn't anything to be proud of. There's virtually no software out there that takes advantage of multiple processors -well, any that you're mentally qualified to use anyway.

I bidded for this item that i didnt want (accidents happen!) and when i unfortunately won it as noone else bidded i decided to play dead. So a week goes by and the guys e-mailing me for payment and eventually he tells me if i dont contact him within 48 hours he will report me... So i stopped playing dead and said to him, my son bidded and its all his fault blah de blah, sorry!! I cant buy your item!. He e-mails me back sayin how i should be responsible for my kids etc etc, hes still gonna report me. I told him hes a b**tard and he dosent have kids as they somtimes get outta control. He said he does. I said i felt sorry for them. He said he will report me for my attitude and slightly bad BUT CENSORED! language.

Will they do anything?

PS I dont actually have a kid. It was a better excuse than "i was stupid and did it by accident" or "i was drunk and didnt know what i was doing"

well as long as you're a buyer and not a seller then who fvcking cares about your ebay account? big whoop. make a new one or ignore the negative heat he leaves you. people care entirely too much about other people "you ruin ebay!" my answer to them: "GET A LIFE!" less caring about what others think and more about your self-interest since it's YOUR money.

What good is that? OP didn't even link to the auction.

If ebay wants to follow through, they can ask AT for contact information from the OP to match against their records. Other agencies have done stuff like that, but I doubt ebay would go to such great lengths.

Unfortunately, eBay will probably do nothing.
