I have a dell 8300 (2.8C, 1.25gb ram)
I want something new

What should i get. Just wanna change motherboard and cpu (i already have a new case and will be selling my dell barebones just case, motherboard and cpu)


Any ideas/suggestions?
 
Any Athlon 64 in your price range, and a motherboard that works with it (Most of the Athlon 64 mobos perform relatively close to each other; however, I would recommend a Via K8T800 Pro motherboard, although you may need to wait).
