Don't treat the car badly, I've kept it in good shape and so have others for such a long time and that's with reason, treat it carefully. Yes, it's a damn car, but it's my damn car.
No eating
Don't talk ****** about my car, especially if you don't have one, I'm very glad I even have car let alone being able to complain about it. I like my car and plan to keep it for a long while, you have no room to talk about it.

Also, the car will not be taken out or driven by others, I don't care if you'll bring it back with a full tank of gas.

Since I drive a Honda, people can do pretty much anything. I only have some rules:

- no smoking
- seat belts must be worn if the car is moving (even if I am pulling over to a parking spot--I hate it when my mom takes off her seat belt when the car is still moving and I'm about to park)

When I get a nice car (probably a sports coupe of some kind), then I probably won't let people eat or drink in it (including myself). I'd also ask people to watch the seats when they get in the back.

Seat-belts are a MUST.

I've had two people argue with me about not letting them smoke in my car. Once it was a friend, and I punched him in the shoulder and threw his cig out the window, and the other was some friend of a friend that I didn't invite. I kicked him out of the car, he walked home.

That may indeed be true, but don't forget your own part in it. Apparently you let them do it.

I definitely wouldn't tolerate someone telling me how to drive. I wouldn't stop the car and kick them out, but I wouldn't give them a ride next time unless they agreed to cut it out. Unless it were my mother, but she never does that anyway.
