I actually just cancelled my prime Yesterday 3 days after renewal. And to my dismay, I now see if you spend over $35 you get free shipping anyways... Granted it's not 2-day.

I never used the movie stream, or music so bleh.

What? It used to always be $25 for free(and usually slow) shipping on everything. It was recently raised. This is new to you(that there was free shipping over a threshold?)?

I wish Amazon.ca would get their act together. Availability is finally getting close to the US store. Though Prime is pretty much useless unless you're ordering a lot of small items one at a time. We don't get Instant Video, or the MP3 store, or the lending library.

I do still remember when they were just a book store. My first purchase was a book. Don't remember which one though. Probably something for university.

prime 2-day shipping is awesome.

sometimes delivered in 1 day (without having selected the 1-day option; must have been in a warehouse nearby).

twice had packages delivered on a sunday.

i love prime.

(have yet to experience same-day delivery.)

Just ordered an electric polesaw, be here on Wednesday. Was cheaper than Lowe's, in stock, and I used my points from Amazon Rewards Visa to get it for significantly less. I'm sure the shipping charge on that should be closer to $15 for ground. I'll take it.

*Things I don't care about Amazon.com.

And yet you came in a thread that discussed it and made a post about it, when you don't care about it. Uh huh.

Don't care = don't talk, don't read, don't hear about it.

I don't pay for prime. I freeload it from a friend... I don't get streaming or anything, but I get free 2-day shipping. Free.

Stop your bitching. Don't want people to dis your shit threads, don't make shit threads.

Thread crapping is a formal infraction. It's rarely enforced in OT, but for a crappy thread crapper like you, shhhhh . . . it happens.

Well the very first one I think absolutely everyone knows

1. Amazon began in the garage of founder Jeff Bezos’ home in Bellevue, Wash.

Saw Bezos' pic on the Fire Fone rollout. He looks like Steve did. Billionaires should try not to look half dead.
