Rare features that should be more widespread, in your opinion, regardless of practicality or affordability. Design cues or building materials that have fallen out of favor.

Low-key buttresses on houses would be spiffy, as a wall extension at the corner to elongate the profile.

I think some fat Americans could benefit from some flying buttresses with wheels. You know, like training wheels.

Game manuals. I Hate companies who think learning how to play the game is part of the "fun."

I remember when I bought the Mortal Kombat reboot for the 360 a bunch of years ago and it came with a "manual." It was just a single page folded in half with health warnings, ratings information, and some crap about Xbox Live. At least it was in color... I remember when Mortal Kombat games used to come with nice thick manuals that gave you information and moves for all of the fighters.
