I posted previously that I received my new HP P4 3.06ghz, 800 FSB, 512 PC3200, Radeon 9800 Pro, 250GB hd, etc.

I haven't really played video games on the PC since I was addicted to Asheron's Call for about 3 years in high school... and that isn't really a graphic intensive game. Are their any online 3D demos or anything that I can use to see what my system can handle? My brother let me borrow BF1942 and the game is beautiful! I'm not really sure about anti-aliasing and all of that, I just ran the game @ 1024x768... download Rage3d and pushed my sliders to performance. The game is smooth as silk, should I try higher resolutions and the anti asliasing thing? Do I turn this on in Rage3d tweak or is it inside the game? And what other games should I demo/buy that use my PCs potential? Thanks fellers.
 
Nice setup. I'm upgrading my computer in Mid-September. Gonna get a 2.4 800mhz chip though. Can't justify the price of a 3.0+
 
There are many things you could use, 3dmark from mad onion, new game demos.

But my question is this if you don't play the games, or don't test your computer in the things you do on a regular basis why buy all that equipment?
