Wait until the 1st Saturday of the month which will be Feb. 1st and go down to the east end of Ross
ave. right before it crosses under North Central Expressway (Hwy 75) on the south side of the street.

There is a thing called the 1st Saturday Sidewalk Sale. Starts around midnight Friday and ends at noon
Saturday. Lots of computer vendors selling new stuff and lots of used stuff and lots of "junk" (you know
computers that are over 2 years old) .....cell phone stuff.....software.....electronics.....

Empty lots where people set up tables and trucks and lots of haggling and cash flying around :)

I've had lots of fun there but you have to be careful who you deal with (used stuff) because you can get the
pants put on you pretty quick by some of the shysters that move from one location to another one in the lots
from month to month :)

Deep Elum rocks. Go to the galaxy club and trees.
Go to Dallas Museum of art.

What the hell are you into anyways. Thats was pretty fooking vauge man. You need more details, maybe I can point you in the right direction there.

if you bike, skateboard, or rollerblade (i love you hahahaha) there is eisenburgs, GPX, Atomic skatepark, and like 3 others I can't remember. Oh yeah if you are with a woman.. take her to plano.. chicks like expensive stuff at the mall there. There is stuff to do.. just go find it. Dallas is a huge city..

btw south dallas at night.. might be a bad idea. Also.. don't walk around downtown at night either. Hoboattack party might come after you. Deep Elum at night is okay though. Good music everywhere.. there

The Japanese gardens in Fort Worth are cool.

Deep Ellum in Dallas has some great nightlife.

Also go to Medievel Times in Dallas. That place is great! Jousting shows, swordfighting, and dinner. Great entertainment.

Damn, I almost forgot Medievil times! That place roxors! (It's near downtown off 35) Be prepared though - no silverware

Yeah it's pretty fun. I felt like complete white trash for liking it.

whatever, all the hot girls are in houston, and you know it. ;)
btw, houston has culture. its just harder to find :)

Lies. Been to houston many times. Its ugly town. When people come up here, their standards raise. Gotta love the north texas women. Its the reason why I go to UNT. All the houstonians are just jealous. I don't get this houston pride crap either. Face it, it smells there, when the pollution parts you can finally see the sun, and your culture sucks. If you are some kind of culture fruit go to san anotnio, if you want a good time, its dallas. You just have to know what you like to be able to find it. I go to houston yearly, I am always bored off my ass. OH NOZ THE GALLERIA OH NOZ ASTROWORLD. Yap it sucks unless you are some kind of pill popping jungle monkey.

Yep, avoid the Fair park area after dark, as well as South Dallas. The small arms fire is pretty annoying (I'm serious).

The Kimball Art Museum was just remodeled & is supposed to be world class.

Downtown Ft Worth @ night is a hoot (& worlds safer than downtown Dallas @ night)

The Friday Dallas Morning News has "The Guide" that lists current stuff. the Website is a little screwy, but has lots of stuff:)

omg those museums and aquarium are the saddest things I've ever seen. Dinosaurs built from car bumpers outside the natural history museum... classy.

You mean the horse that I told my kids to climb on for some photos?

Oh yea - I just found a flyer for a cool site to visit: the DFW Gun Range & Training Center, located off Mockingbird & 35. You can rent different handguns and sub machine guns :) It's definetly a cool way to spend the afternoon

When you coming to Dallas?
Sat me and a group of friends are going to the Clubhouse(all nude, Pantera visits alot because vinnie owns part of it)

Also definatly checkout Bone Daddy's it's on 75 and Spring Valley in Richardson. One trip here and you'll forget about Hooters. the chicks here are 10x better than the hooters girls.

Deep Ellum is cool, just be sure you go with a designated driver, the cops are really cracking down out there, and if your black, expect to get stopped down there.
