Tuna
Real Sushi
Big Three (Truffles, Caviar, Foie Gras)
Steak Tartare
Haggis (Sheep's Liver, Heart, and Tongue cooked in Sheep's stomach with onions, herbs, and oats)
Duck
Veal
Escargots
Calamari
Morel Mushrooms
Scallops
Blowfish
Goose

I've either never had them, or had them prepared rather crappily. Add to the list

Eh... I wouldn't want to enjoy the last days of my life eating fancy delicacies....

I'd rather have... Prime Rib, Lobster, sushi rolls, french fries, slushies, cola, malt beverages, vodka, tequila and whatever else to prepare for when the end is near (haha)....

Yeahhh pretty much the stuff that I have had day to day in my current life... I wouldn't want to try something like escargo and end up hating it and having it be my last memory :D

Alligator - it tastes like the softest piece of chicken you'll ever eat :)

Fresh pasta with a genuine Bolognase sauce.

Oh BTW, when I live in VT I had an annual crop of morels. Great! I suggest reconstituting them in a cream based sauce and serve over pasta, if purchased dry as they usually are.
