Anything near the Ocean is more expensive. Just get a cheap motel somewhere. I wouldn't spend much time indoors anyhow. Rained like hell yesterday, but since we only get 9 inches a year, it'll be sunny for another two months!

There is nothing fun in San Diego. I was just down there for Thanksgiving and was rightly bored out of my mind. There are Sea World and Belmont Park, I suppose, but I guess I've just done those too many times.

Go See the wild Animal Park.

Get a room in Poway/Santee/El Cajon.

As far as what to see, WHat types of things do you enjoy?

Balboa Park has some museums, The wild Animal park is Really Cool (best Zoo Ever IMHO), I really Old town is interesting.

Eat at a mex food place ending in BERTOS.
Carne Asada YUMM!:D

Two days is not alot You could just relax on the beach which is normally good!

Yes but there isn't any action IN EL CAJON on EL CAJON BLVD. You have to go into San Diego proper to get the goods(or the bads juding by the ones that were on trial last time I went to court:eek:!)

Don't stay in a hotel downtown unless you're used to the big city atmosphere. North SD (around Poway) is a more comfortable area (usually). But if you love the city, go ahead and stay downtown.

You obviously did not know where to go, or have anyone to take you around.

i agree check out the wild animal park which would be close to poway, dont stay all the way in el cajon its a waste of time and a drive. if you like museams and parks id suggest having a picnic in balboa park, they have a beautiful park. have fun! San Diego is one of the nicest places in the US.

Wild animal park is a whole day. and alot of walking if you want to see every thing.

As far as like water sports ther USED to be a place in Oceanside that would let you rent Jet Ski's.\

Don't know about kayaking, never went, thought that was more of a river type thing.

I've been living in San Diego for about 3 months now. It's a great place...but I don't really know where the action is either. I'm at UCSD in La Jolla, but willing to travel. So, what's there to do here besides the beach, as the weather isn't very beachy now.

PS: if any local san diego females would like to take me out anytime...my PMs are on.

Not in El Cajon just in North park. They don't dare walk the streets in El cajon cause the cops are always out looking for them because of the rep that the BLVD. has.

If you want honeys for money you need to go Out of the city of EC and into san Diego. yes they still populate the blvd. Just not in El Cajon.

On a side note I have never seen one of those chicks I would even talk to at a bar much less pay MONEY to get some from.
Just plain fugly.
I am pretty sure that San Diego has institued the death penalty for hooker that are somewhat attractive!:Q

San Diego is boring as hell. No doubt it has a lot of sceneries, but there is nothing else to do after you seen them all. I commute to UCSD everyday and everyday my friends and I have difficulty finding things to do.
