Probably be a good place to stop and eat...

Any good Thai restarants there? Other food types are welcome too...

A friend of mines family runs a wonderful Thai restaurant in Cool Springs (just outside of Nashville) called Jasmine. They also have two other places in the city limits called Siam Cafe and Siam Cuisine. If you want, you can hit me up through PM and I can get you addresses and such. Are you planning on staying in Nashville overnight, or just heading through?

Going with the wife... Just passing through on the way to Louisville. Will most likely eat dinner there...

Just looking for something "good" or "interesting", not necessarily "high class"...

I'm somewhat familiar with the city, but not in a detailed enough way to know where the good places are to eat...

Which direction will you be coming from? Just watch out we have the music city marathon tomorrow and there are 23,000 registerered runners, so things may be a little busy close to downtown.

Cool Springs has a ton of restaurantes of all types. It's located a few miles south of Nashville, just at the border of Brentwood/Franklin. You'll know if you pass it, there's at least two exits and a huge amount of shopping buildings and a business park. Cool Springs is not an actual town, just a really big shopping area.

As far as downtown Nashville, I dunno.
