I will be there next week with GF and we are trying to find a good place to go. The only place I found was Pocanose, PA. I am looking for some place that has good/cozy Bed and Breakfast also. It doesn't have to be NJ it could be close by in NY or CT.

Problem is Pocanose seems like a summer place and the Bed and Breakfast places don't look all that good.

thanks.

Go to Foxwoods in CT
Capr Cod in MA
6 Flaggs in Jersey
The city(NY that is) speaks for itself

Pocono Mountains are cool and refreshing in the summer, and there is decent skiing in the winter. There are Bed And Breakfasts in the area.

There are nice B&Bs in southeastern PA which will be close to Longwood Gardens, a large garden complex founded by Pierre DuPont. I can personally recommend Broadlawns in West Chester.

There are also good B&Bs in Cape May, NJ where you can get some good food and tour the victorian architecture.

any romantic getaways around NJ ??

CapeCod is good idea but that can be done anytime since I live near MA.

Jzero's suggestion sound promising....let me check in to that.

The poconos have really nice romantic getaways. My parents used to go there for all their anniversaries, which was in the winter.
