Here's something to think about this weekend.
Carl Jung coined the term synchronicity to describe the meaningful coincidences in our lives. My life is so full of them I could probably write a book about it.
Meaningful coincidences are meaningful because they have meaning for you. This is not meant to be a religious debate.
I don't claim to know what the mechanism behind all of it is. I just think synchronicity is an interesting subject, and I want to know what constitutes a meaningful coincidence for you.
Nosey little wench, aint I?
Some common ones are children being born on grandparent's birthdays, hearing from an old friend shortly after you were thinking of him/her, grieving for a loved one and having a butterfly land on you or some other comforting thing happen, and of course there are always the little coincidences that lead to love (Just read the Ann Lander's "How We Met" columns.).
Tell me yours and I'll tell you one or two of mine!
BTW Have a good weekend, all~!
