You do have a point. Wayne Williams is an infamous serial killer (Atlanta early 80s) yet his spree was rather short lived because he was stupid, but he is a famous Black serial killer none the less.

And he may not be a serial killer after all. Apparently, even though he was convicted, there are some serious questions about whether or not he actually did the Atlanta child murders.
