New episode looks pretty good. Toby's going away party should be pretty funny.

Last few episodes seem to have a more sinister / serious tone to them. The behavior went from mildly non-PC to outrageous (like Toby putting his hand on Pam's knee, writing up Jim for Ryan, Ryan flipping out in the club, etc.).
