I have a pine geforce 2 mx 400 with tv out, and in madden 2002, nhl 2002 and disney toontown, the screen has a bunch of white and black stuff flashing on the screen constantly, may I ask whats wrong with my compy?

they are multicolored and of various shapes and appear especially around polygons(distortion of them).
 
Have you overclocked anything in your system?
If so, then that's the most likely culprit.

If not, then the first thing I would suggest is installing the latest nVidia Detonator drivers, and seeing if you still experience the problem.
 
I reinstalled the drivers, and no can do, nothings overclocked and those are the only 3 games, max payne works fine.
